1. A technical tool, not an accounting service
Mekusheret is a technical tool that connects monday.com with Morning (Green Invoice) to help you issue tax documents from your board data. It is not a licensed accounting, bookkeeping, or tax-advisory service, and nothing it provides is professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
2. Your responsibility for accuracy
The financial data the app issues documents from comes from you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every tax document issued through the app, and for reviewing, correcting, or cancelling documents in Morning as needed.
3. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app and the documents you issue comply with Israeli tax law and with Morning's terms of service.
4. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mekusheret is not liable for errors in issued documents, tax penalties or fines, or accounting mistakes arising from your use of the app.
