Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Mekusheret app.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mekusheret ("the app", "we", "us", or "our"), a monday.com marketplace app that issues tax documents in Morning (Green Invoice) from your monday.com board items. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

The app is built and operated by a solo developer based in Israel. Contact: support@mekusheret.app.

2. Description of the service

Mekusheret is a technical bridge. It reads the item data you map on your monday.com board and, when you ask it to, uses Morning's API to create a tax document (an invoice, a receipt, or an invoice-receipt) in your Morning account. It then writes the result — a comment with the document number and PDF link, a notification, and optional status columns — back to your board.

The app does not calculate or determine your financial figures. It sends the data you provide to Morning, in the form you provide it.

3. Requirements

To use the app you need:

  • A valid monday.com account with the app installed.
  • A valid Morning (Green Invoice) account, together with Morning API credentials (a Key ID and secret) that you provide to the app.

You are responsible for keeping your Morning credentials valid and for having the authority to connect these accounts.

4. Your responsibilities

This section matters. Please read it carefully.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of all data you issue documents from — customer details, amounts, quantities, prices, and VAT.
  • Choosing the correct document type (305, 320, or 400) for each transaction.
  • Complying with Israeli tax law and with Morning's terms of service.
  • Reviewing every document before and after issuance, and correcting or cancelling it in Morning where needed.

5. Limitation of liability

The app facilitates issuance; it does not verify or approve your documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for tax errors, incorrect or miscalculated documents, penalties, fines, interest, audits, or any other consequence arising from the data you issue or the documents you create. Those matters are between you, your accountant, Morning, and the relevant tax authority.

6. Not a licensed accounting or tax service

Mekusheret is a technical tool. It is not a licensed accounting, bookkeeping, or tax-advisory service, and nothing it provides is accounting, tax, or legal advice. For advice about your obligations, consult a qualified accountant or tax professional.

7. Service availability

The app is provided on a best-effort basis, "as is" and "as available". At this stage there is no guaranteed service level (SLA). The app also depends on monday.com and Morning, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors in those services.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. As described in the Privacy Policy, uninstalling does not currently delete your stored Morning credentials automatically — email support@mekusheret.app if you want them removed.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
