User roles & permissions
Who can access settings and who can issue documents — the difference between an Admin and a Member.
The two roles
Mekusheret has two roles: Admin and Member. The role decides what you can access — mainly whether you can change sensitive settings like the Morning connection and column mapping.
Admin
- Connect and disconnect the Morning account
- Configure column mapping and the amount limit
- Manage other team members' permissions
- Issue documents
Member
- Issue documents from board items
- View the issuance history
- No access to the Morning connection or to changing settings
This lets your team issue documents day to day, without exposing your credentials or risking an accidental settings change.
Managing permissions
An Admin can change any team member's role from Mekusheret's settings screen. Role changes take effect immediately.
